Majority of Sudbury's Disclosed Home Sales Climb Past $1 Million This Period

SUDBURY -- The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 19 property transfers in Sudbury between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $320,000 to $2.4 million. Nine of the 13 sales with disclosed prices topped $1 million.

At 6 Chanticleer Road, Eric P. and Stacey A. Lally sold to Gabriel and Annalise Mahoney for $1,680,000 on June 30. At 545 Concord Road, Nathan E. and Katie L. Champagne sold to Adam Landsberg and Natasha Navazi for $1,585,000 on July 1. Rounding out the top five, 11 Barnet Road sold for $1,229,000 on June 26; sellers David J. and Jeanine T. By contrast, every sale with a disclosed price involved buyers and sellers with different surnames. Two transactions in the period were identified as condominium units by their deed address, both including a unit number: 130 Heron Lane Unit 30 ($875,000) and 111 Boston Post Road Unit 102 ($320,000), the latter purchased by an organization, New England Chapter Inc., rather than an individual.
