Sudbury home sales range from $679,000 to $2.8 million in August
Sudbury recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 12 sales disclosing a price ranging from $678,950 to $2,775,000 and a median of $922,000. The month's top sale was 15 Blandford Drive at $2,775,000, sold by Mark A. and Jill E. Kushinsky to the Alexandra W. Balcom Living Trust. Eight of the 20 transfers, 40% of the total, were same-family trust transfers with no price disclosed, while all sales between unrelated buyers and sellers reported a price. No disclosed sale fell below $500,000, and Boston Post Road was the only street with more than one recorded transfer.
