Sudbury Home Sales Top $2.3 Million as July Market Closes With 20 Recorded Deeds

Sudbury recorded 20 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with disclosed prices ranging from $470,000 to $2,299,000 and a median of $1,137,500. The month's top sale was 71 Cudworth Lane at $2,299,000, followed closely by 15 Ronald Road at $2,075,000 and 24 Thornberry Lane at $2,072,500. Eight of the 16 disclosed-price sales fell between $1 million and $1.5 million, the largest single tier. Four transfers, including two condominium units, moved property within the same family or into a trust and carried no disclosed price. The data shows a steady, evenly paced month with no single price tier or street dominating activity.
