The month's top sale was 71 Cudworth Lane at $2,299,000, followed closely by 15 Ronald Road at $2,075,000 and 24 Thornberry Lane at $2,072,500. Eight of the 16 recorded-price sales fell between $1 million and $1.5 million, the largest single tier. Four transfers, including two condominium units, moved property within the same family or into a trust and carried no price recorded yet. The data shows a steady, evenly paced month with no single price tier or street dominating activity.
