Sudbury sees 20 recorded deeds in late summer stretch, led by $2.55 million Cobblestone Place sale
Sudbury recorded 20 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, with 14 disclosing a sale price ranging from $533,333 to $2,550,000 and a median of $1,201,000. The period's top sale was 20 Cobblestone Pl. at $2,550,000, followed by 71 Cudworth Ln. at $2,299,000. Hudson Road saw three separate sales, the most of any street. All six transactions without a disclosed price involved transfers into family or personal trusts rather than sales to unrelated buyers. With 11 of 14 disclosed sales above $1 million, the data shows most priced Sudbury transactions in this period cleared seven figures.
