The month's top sale was 15 Blandford Drive at $2,775,000, sold by Mark A. and Jill E. Kushinsky to Alexandra W. Balcom's living trust. Nine of the 20 transfers, nearly half, were recorded without a recorded price and involved family members transferring property into trusts. No street had more than one sale, and three of the 20 transactions were condominium units.
