Sudbury home sales span $533,333 to $2.775 million as trust transfers make up nearly half of August deed activity
Sudbury recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Of those, 11 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $533,333 to $2.775 million, with a median of $1.3 million. The month's top sale was 15 Blandford Drive at $2,775,000, sold by Mark A. and Jill E. Kushinsky to Alexandra W. Balcom's living trust. Nine of the 20 transfers, nearly half, were recorded without a disclosed price and involved family members transferring property into trusts. No street had more than one sale, and three of the 20 transactions were condominium units.
