Seven of the 19 transfers, including three condominium units, listed no sale price; each of those involved a grantor and grantee sharing a last name, typically a transfer into a newly formed family trust. The data shows a mix of open-market sales and same-family trust transfers, with no single street accounting for more than one recorded sale.
