Sorensen Partners led the four-member ranking with 15 points, followed by KMA Design and BH+A tied at 11; SocoTech, with three points, was dropped. Facilities Director Sandra Duran, chairing the selection, said she was "ready for a new designer" after BH+A's protracted Fairbank work. Co-Chair Craig Blake separately raised concerns about BH+A's named project manager. The committee also heard Colantonio is two days ahead of schedule on Fairbank and demobilizing trailers, with roughly $592,000 of contingency remaining after the $900,000 Spring 2023 Town Meeting transfer; a soil-arsenic issue authorized at up to $50,000 was resolved for $15,182. Weston and Sampson divers spent six hours Tuesday investigating an active dive-well leak.
