Sudbury Home Prices Hold Above $1.1 Million in Late-Summer Sales
Sudbury recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 13 carrying a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $599,900 to $2,400,000 and a median of $1,110,000. The month's top sale was 38 Fieldstone Farm Rd, which sold for $2,400,000 on Aug. 28. Seven transfers had no recorded price yet, most of them involving a seller and buyer sharing the same family surname, a pattern consistent with trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales. Prices among the 13 recorded sales skewed toward the $1 million to $1.5 million range, with five sales landing there.
