Sudbury recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 14 sales carrying a listed price so far. Prices ranged from $678,950 to $2,775,000, with a median of $1,152,500. The period's top sale was a $2,775,000 transaction at 15 Blandford Dr, followed by a $2,400,000 sale at 38 Fieldstone Farm Rd. Six deeds, mostly transfers into family trusts, have no recorded price yet, which is a normal data lag rather than an undisclosed sale. No street had more than one recorded sale, and prices spanned every tier from under $700,000 to nearly $2.8 million, reflecting a varied month of activity rather than a single dominant trend.
