Conservation Commission issues Eddy Street compliance certificate, continues three filings

SUDBURY — November 3, 2025 — Sudbury Conservation Commission clears short Nov. 3 agenda with one compliance certificate and three continuances. Chair David Henkels led the roughly 15-minute virtual meeting to unanimous votes on every item, with Vice-Chair Kenneth Holtz and members Bruce Porter, Kathleen Rogers, Mark Sevier and (mid-meeting) Jeremy Cook participating. Notices of Intent at 87 Moore Road (DEP 301-1424, applicant Dwight D. Henderson), 182 Wayside Inn Road (DEP 301-1434, applicant Andrew Leveron) and 94 Prides Crossing (DEP 301-1455, applicant First Colony Development Company) were each continued without discussion to Nov. 17. The lone substantive action was a Certificate of Compliance for 46 Eddy Street (DEP 301-1386), where staffer Lori reported the riverfront-area restoration was complete and the applicants "now have wildlife coming into their property that they didn't have before the project." Associate Harry Hoffman was absent.
