SUDBURY — The Sudbury Conservation Commission voted unanimously to close out a long-pending Trevor Way subdivision, approving an order of conditions and two certificates of compliance after a restrictive covenant protecting roughly two-thirds of the lot was recorded at the Registry of Deeds. Conservation Administrator Lori Capone told the board the covenant "was the last piece that we needed to close out the prior two orders on the site." The commission also approved a certificate of compliance for the Herb Chambers dealership at 141 Boston Post Road, DEP file 301-1361, adding a permanent condition requiring removal of Japanese knotweed found in new landscaping beds. Members heard that spotted lanternfly has spread along the Route 20 corridor; member Harry Hoffman said he has "been crushing them on a not too infrequent basis." Four other applications were continued to October 19 or November 2.
