Conservation Commission · Meeting of September 14, 2026
SUDBURY — The Sudbury Conservation Commission voted 6-0 to accept a restrictive covenant clearing a house project on Trevor Way and heard that the town's dormant Agricultural Commission is reviving after years of inactivity. Conservation Coordinator Lori Capone said the vote means the applicant "can move forward with the development of Lot 4, Trevor Way," after Town Counsel approved revised drainage-easement language. Member Victor Sulkowski, helping restart the Agricultural Commission, said the five-member panel "has no statutory or regulatory authority, which is both kind of fun but also challenging." The commission also issued negative determinations of applicability for additions at 3 Washington Drive and tree removal at 181 Dutton Road, with Sulkowski recusing from the latter vote, and continued four other hearings, including a septic replacement at 381 Willis Road and a landscape plan at 46 Witherell Drive, to September 28.
