Sudbury Housing Authority accepts $159,683 in state formula funds and expands septic engineering scope at three duplex sites. The board pressed for a draft ownership-and-financing contract for its 705-program redevelopment project within four weeks, after months of stalled communication with developer Cambridge, with legal counsel Hannah of the NSP team outlining a plan to split the deal into two separate agreements. Members also provided informal input on housing possibilities at Liberty Ledge and Camp Sewataro, identifying 213 Haynes Road and adjacent lots on Greystone Lane as the most immediately viable candidates.
