Planning Board tells Bonny Brook developer eight lots is too many

SUDBURY — December 14, 2022 — Sudbury Planning Board sends Bonny Brook Estates back to the drawing board over heavy-handed grading. The board unanimously continued the eight-lot Maynard Road subdivision hearing to Jan. 25 after members said applicant John Dadarian's revised plan — featuring 877 linear feet of new retaining walls and 1.4 acres of tree restoration — did not address core objections.
