Planning Board opens Celebree School site plan review at 631 Boston Post Road

SUDBURY — December 20, 2023 — Sudbury Planning Board hears 2028 sewer timeline and opens Celebree School site plan. DPW Director Dan Nason and Woodard & Curran project manager Jack Troidl briefed the board Dec. 20 on Phase 1 and 1A of the Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, which would feed a new 300,000-gallon-per-day membrane bioreactor plant at the DPW site, expandable to 600,000 gpd, with discharge beneath Curtis Middle School athletic fields. Nason cautioned that the project "is not a project that they're going to see at next town meeting." The board also opened a site plan review for a 10,160-square-foot, 34-space Celebree School child care facility at 631 Boston Post Road, replacing a 2021 medical-center approval; Chair Stephen Garvin questioned whether the proposed 1,800-gallon-per-day I/A septic system qualifies for general use in the Water Resource Protection Overlay District. The hearing was continued to Jan. 24.
