Conservation Commission continues Hudson Road garage plan a fourth time
SUDBURY — February 24, 2025 — Sudbury Conservation Commission continues Hudson Road garage hearing a fourth time over missing turnaround. The commission voted unanimously Feb. 24 to continue the 331 Hudson Road notice of intent (DEP 301-1428) to March 10 after Chair David Henkels and member Mark Sevier said the latest 1,612-square-foot addition plan, the fourth iteration, still lacks polygons matching the impervious-surface table and a documented turnaround for a 21-foot fire engine, F-150 and Travato camper inside a 25.5-by-66-foot six-car garage. Property owner Brian House, living with tree damage for 15 months, told the board "I can't keep going like this" and asked for partial approval to repair the house; Sevier refused, saying "that's what CAD is for." Total new impervious must stay under 5,000 square feet. The commission also issued a negative determination for four pine removals at 15 Thoreau Way for Nicola Payne and a certificate of compliance at 141 Goodman's Hill Road.
