SUDBURY — February 13, 2023 — Sudbury previews a capital warrant topping $5 million on new TM Andy Sheehan's first day. The Select Board, Finance Committee and Capital Improvement Advisory Committee held a joint working session Feb. 13 to review the FY24 town manager's $728,525 capital operating budget and more than 20 standalone articles, led primarily by Interim Town Manager Marianne Bilodeau. Facilities Director Sandra Duran walked through $2.1 million in requests including a $600,000 pool dehumidification replacement, a $480,000 Atkinson Pool repair fund, a $400,000 solar-ready DPW roof tied to a 7-cent-per-kWh PPA, and a $300,000 town-wide space use study. The board closed by accepting a $399,344 FEMA radio grant 5-0.
