Sudbury Opens Mosquito Spraying, Warns Residents of West Nile Virus
Sudbury health officials are urging residents to take precautions against mosquito-borne illness as ground spraying gets underway in parts of town under a West Nile virus advisory, according to a Sudbury Patch report. The advisory arrives the same week the town opened its Community Preservation Act funding cycle and welcomed three new firefighter-paramedics to the department.

Sudbury Public Schools posted a notice this week on SFFL Fall Flag Football, signaling registration is opening for the youth flag football league this fall, per the district's news page. The Sudbury Senior Center has "Game Shows To Go" on the books for Tuesday, July 21, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., when host Kevin Richman brings live versions of Family Feud, Jeopardy!, Concentration and Wheel of Fortune to Fairbank Road, according to the center's program listing from staffer Palig Garabedian.
