Sudbury recorded 19 property transfers in October, but only eight carried a sale price, ranging from $887,450 to $2,999,000 with a median of $1,200,500. The month's top sale was 21 Nolan Circle, which sold for $2,999,000 to Gina and Michael LaCorcia from Brainstorm Real Estate Sudbury Corp. The remaining 11 transfers were recorded at nominal consideration, many showing trust-related names, and are not counted toward sale prices. With just eight priced sales against 19 total transfers, October's arm's-length market activity was modest relative to the full deed count.
