Sudbury July Home Sales Range From $551,000 to $1.66 Million

Sudbury recorded 18 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 10 including a disclosed sale price ranging from $551,000 to $1,662,500 and a median of $813,000. The top sale was 22 Hayden Circle, which sold for $1,662,500 on July 8 to Matthew Oscar and Lindsay Marie Rosenthal. Eight of the 18 deeds transferred property into a same-family trust and listed no sale price, accounting for all of the period's undisclosed-price transactions. No street had more than one recorded sale, and the data does not indicate whether market activity was higher or lower than other periods.
